We always want you
to be satisfied with your purchases from Reformers Unanimous.
In the event that a return is necessary, please be sure to
use the following guidelines so that we can ensure prompt and
proper handling of your return.
IMPORTANT!
It is very important that you contact us to
receive a RETURNS
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning ANY merchandise. Any
merchandise returned without this number will not receive
credit.
If you have received merchandise which is defective or was shipped
because of our error, we will supply you with a special package
return label. Using this label will allow you to return the
merchandise at no cost to you. Please be sure to
include with your returned package, a copy of the packing slip that
came with your order. This will insure proper credit to your
account.
Out-of-print items and items purchased as special offers are not
returnable. Returned merchandise must be clean, salable
stock, free of dealer’s marks/labels. A 10% restocking fee
will be charged (except for exchanges).
Returns not meeting these criteria will not be acknowledged or
credited in any way.
Freight is non-refundable.
Starter Kits are non-refundable as indicated on the order form.
No orders are returnable after 60 days of invoice
date.
